"Ordered movie tickets tonight. It asked do you want food and drinks and they would have it delivered. So I paid for everything together. Get to the theater alittle early. Decided to go to the Arcade nope the whole thing was closed so we then go to our seats instead. We chilling they start ads for the movie then movie starts. Foods suppose to be delivered. Well movie starts I look at the time an food was supposed to been to 15 minutes prior.I figured they were backed up so I give the benefit of the doubt an wait a just a few more minutes. Our movie started at 7:20pm At 8:20pm I go to customer service desk lady quickly approaches me to help. I said I never received my food that was scheduled to be delivered to me. She takes me over and cant find anything I tell her just cancel my order.Then another lady real nice finished helping me ..Extremely disappointed don't offer a service you can't provide period. To many people working they definitely dropped the ball."

"Clean theater, most of the processes are automated and if you’re watching an action movie they offer the seats that move and have surround sound. The seats all recline. This is our theater that we frequent and love it!!!"

"Last night, my wife, grandson, and I decided to visit a new movie theater nearby to watch "WISH." The total cost for our tickets, popcorn, an icee, a large drink, and nachos with cheese and jalapeños was $75.00. While I usually hesitate to visit such places due to my observations of the current generation's lack of respect and over-reliance on smartphones, this experience particularly stood out. The manager was visibly stressed, moving about frantically and even singing a song about distrusting his employees, which seemed unprofessional. This attitude seemed to influence the other staff members, who were often distracted by their phones or engaged in inappropriate conversations, regardless of the presence of children. Despite these issues, the theater itself was pleasant with comfortable seating. The popcorn, delivered to our seats, was excessively large - a smaller size would be more appropriate. A bright spot in the experience was an employee named Adia, whose professionalism and positive attitude were commendable. Imagine this Generation in public office. In conclusion, while the facility itself is nice, the overall experience was marred by the staff's conduct. I rate this theater a 2 out of 5 with points earned mainly due to Adia's service. Management should consider revising their staff training and selection to improve customer experience. Regrettably, I do not plan to return."

"This theatre is new to the area and I have been eager to try it. My family absolutely loved it! The layout in the reception area was very modern and the concession offered your traditional food option plus pizza, wings, and a bar for adults. We had a great experience from start to finish and would recommend this location for everyone. Keep up the good work!"

"I'm sure they will improve over time, and they have a great stories you can see from the pictures, however the lights didn't get turned off until the first 10 minutes of the picture. I had to go out and speak to management to turn them off. Other than that the picture quality is excellent and the size of the screens feel like it wraps around you. I have not been to the XD level movies but they seem pretty cool. I ordered the membership for $10 per month which gives me one free ticket a month so it made sense."
