"I have been calling this office for a week, and I have never recieved a call back. I moved and need my medical records in order to get an appointment through my new doctor, but I cannot get those records. I have left messages, I have called back when not getting calls back. I feel that this is a very unorganized office after this experience. After 6 days, and never receiving a call back from any messages left, I finally got a hold of them after 11 calls in an hour. They said they would have my records sent over within the hour. After 2 hours, my doctor has yet to recieve them and I am back to square one of not being able to reach them. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is not a business, this is a joke."
