"Most unprofessional and worst doctor's office experience ever - STAY FAR AWAY! It took 2 hours to see the doctor who stayed for only 2 minutes. Instead of introducing herself first (as I was a brand new patient), the first thing the doctor said to me was, "I don't understand the medications you are taking." Talk about getting off on the wrong foot. The building looks like it is about to fall down and is in terrible shape - rotting wood, leaning walls, wires coming out of holes in walls. I don't know about you, but when I think of the medical profession, somehow I link that with a certain level of cleanliness and I don't want to wonder if somehow I was transported to a third world country lacking basic sanitation when sitting in my doctor's office. The bathroom is nothing more than a broom closet with a sink (where the faucet doesn't work) and toilet not more than 4"-6" from the wall (no way this is ADA compliant!) Staff cannot speak proper English ("go back up there to where you was at") and takes personal non-emergency calls from family members while they are supposed to be getting your medical history. They ask you to spell medication names (and I only have two) at least a dozen times before writing them down, thus making something take over 45 mins. that really should take less than 5 mins. I will NOT be going back and I expect a lot more from my doctors than this. Oh yes, and they still have a notice on their website home page that urges patients to prepare for Hurricane Irma...that was in September 2017 - Almost a whole year ago! You might want to update that!"

"This is the worst medical practice that I have ever gone to. They keep you waiting for hours, they make you come back when you really don't need to (so that they can bill your insurance, no doubt) and the DO NOT TAKE INCOMING PHONE CALLS!! Have you every heard of a doctor's office that does not take phone calls? It takes them days to refill RX (the last straw for me was when my pharmacy had to request a refill 4 times) and sometimes they don't return your phone messages."
