"My grandma had a terrible experience at this place. The doctor Julio Batista and staff have 0 empathy with the elderly. She went there early in the morning and they left her for last even though her appointment was early. She waited for over 4 hours and ended up leaving in the afternoon. On top of that, when the doctor finally saw her, she told me the doctor introduced the speculum super fast and did not even use gel when he knew that she was old and had vaginal dryness. My grandma was screaming in pain. Also, no one helped her stand from the bed that was very high; she could have fallen. She obviously will not be coming to this place again. There are way better doctors out there, save yourself from a horrible experience."

"This place is absolutely ridiculous. My mother arrived before 10am and it is now 2:45pm and there is still 3 people ahead of her. All for a Pap smear; most likely the quickest medical collection known to man. What an absurdity."

"Terrible experience starting from making the appointment none sense of customer service, that phone can ring all day and that front desk staff won’t hesitate to pick up the phone, then if you are lucky and they pick up that phone be prepared for the master of rudeness just to get the appointment set up… then they would tell you to “arrive early we get a little busy” arrived as early as I could and then after 6+ hours the doctor finally barely check on me because he was obviously tired…anyhow I have never been so mistreated and unfortunately paid for it. If you can find another office/doctor DO IT… if you can’t change it just be ready to waste a whole productive day and a lot of energy. Don’t bring kids for their on safety. Defined won’t come back."

"This is an amazing doctor. Very professional and experienced but his staff is a shame. They told you a price at first and them, they charge you more. Besides that, nobody answer the phone. There's not day, not hours to get someone picking up your phone calls. It's frustrating !!!"

"Long, long, long wait. Been here since 10am with an appointment it's now 4pm still waiting. You have to sacrifice a whole day to this place. Not worth it."
