"Dr. Olga is nice… Her office staff, not so much! They need to go through training with Chic-Fil-A’s staff, because they are rude and nasty! The very first time I called in, one of the receptionists gave me so much attitude regarding my insurance. When you call, they pick up the phone and place you on hold, aggressively! I stayed on hold for almost 30 minutes before I hung up. Never got my second appointment, nor did I get a follow up appointment before I left. I waited for almost 2 hours to be seen, which is totally unacceptable in ANY profession! I could’ve just gone to the emergency room and waited there. It was also very crowded and although the sign stated that you were required to wear a mask (right after reopening post-Covid), there were people who didn’t cover up & no one from reception enforced it. Trying to find a new GYN office now. I can’t deal with the chaos."
