"I had to be seen by this doctor who was on call the day I had my son and it was a horrible experience. She treated me with so much disrespect as a new mom, no kindness at all. She was so passive agressive in the way she talked to me, checked my incision so fast and with no care that I felt so much pain. Also, she never came back to see how I was doing and left wrong / unclear instructions on the medication (pain killer) I should take when going home. Horrible doctor but most importantly horrible person. May God never allow that I have to see her again!"

"Disappointing Experience with Appointment Rescheduling I am writing this review to share my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Dr. Elizabeth Gonzalez's office. (Not her personally because she is truly amazing) I had scheduled an appointment in advance and due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to reschedule. However, the response I received was both surprising and disheartening. Instead of accommodating the change, I was met with a refusal to see me as a patient. I have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Gonzalez for almost 10 years. It is very unfortunate that her office does not care about their patients. Especially well-established ones. Not to mention, my appointments have been cancelled by the Dr herself for her unforeseen circumstances (as we ALL have them!) but there was nothing to be said about that. I understand that schedules can be tight in the medical field. and that is why I booked my last appointment with the NP. I did this because for the past 3 times Dr. Gonzalez had to reschedule my appointment. But I did not think this would be the outcome. As a patient who really valued this office, I believed it would have been important to try and accommodate me or AT THE VERY LEAST let me know of the policy before rescheduling my last appointment. But nothing was ever said to me about such "policy". I hope that future and current patients can benefit from a more transparent and empathetic communication."

"Alex was absolutely amazing. She was not only thorough and a great listener, but she was also so educated and caring. She was empathetic and a phenomenal listener. This was the first time I left my GYN appointment with a smile on my face. She is an excellent practitioner and I wholeheartedly recommend coming to this office."

"Waited over a month and a half for an appointment nobody called to tell me my appointment was canceled last min. I had to personally call since I never got a confirmation call the day before of my appointment. Front desk NOT a care in the world to offer any apologies or to help out in any way to see the doctor sooner. I got pushed back another month and a half for an appointment. It’s ridiculous at this point that I gotta wait MONTHS for just one appointment."
