"Incompetent, dismissive and unqualified. I had a personal recommendation to see Dr Gutierrez and was excited to get some answers for my issues. After waiting a month for my appointment-I arrived 20 minutes early to find out she was delivering a baby I would have to wait an hour. That was fine and I chose to wait. Her staff was rude and cold and told me I shouldn’t have booked an appointment at this office because this is where the doctors were on call. (I didn’t book the appointment her staff did.) After 2 hours she arrives. I explain my symptoms (I have been struggling with for 20 years). I had a list of symptoms written down so I didn’t miss anything. She proceeded to tell me I was anxious, probably drank to much water daily and should just put diaper cream on my vagina. I asked if I could get a biopsy and she said no…..Totally cold, dismissive and rude. I was so upset. Once I left, the following week I received a letter stating I could no longer go to her office because my problems were not “big” enough to be handled at her office …. Finally after 2 more years of trying to find an Obgyn and some answers it turns out I have Lichen Sclerosis. This is so wrong. I have been struggling and in serious pain for 2 plus years since seeing her because this awful doctor was to busy to take me seriously or more simply-to just be kind and listen. She gaslit me and told me it was all in my head. BUYER BEWARE OF DR NATALIE GUITERREZ PRIETO."
