AMC West Shore 14

"The theater is not the cleanest, but not filthy, even on days when it is empty. The staff appears to usually be annoyed with their job but do go through the motions of "Hi! How can i help you?" But it feels strained and as for cleanliness it appears as though the team may clean up at the end of their shift but just feel whats the point cleaning throughout because customers will ĵust dirty it again.. The chairs were the older kind, not lounge chairs, even though the concessions still charge as if it were. $5.99 for a small candy item. And I thought $3.99 or $4.98 two prices jumps i recall were high. Not the worst, but it really needs to step up its game."

"Good sound, seating, drinks and ambience. The smells of popcorn and over all entertainment are what I love in a movie theater. I Just wish that some Sci-fi movies would stay a little longer in AMC 14. It kinda seems as if AMC 14 caters more heavily towards a certain crowd; after all AMC 14 is in the West Shore Plaza."

"I liked most of my experience here. The food was good, service is relatively fast so you don't have to worry about missing your movie. The screen was large and the sound was spot on as far as clarity and volume go. My only complaint and the reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the back row seats don't recline at ALL. With a weird vision issue I have, the further back from the screen I am, the better I'm able to see the full screen and follow the motions across it, so the back row is best for vision."

"Best theater around for using my A-List. Barely anyone goes here, so it’s less of a hassle than AMC Veterans or Regal Park Place. Still has old seats, but they’re comfortable enough. And after the movie can eat in the food court downstairs, or sit in the massage chairs like I did."

"Went to see paw patrol with the kiddos and was a great experience. You’re able to purchase seats in advance, got a custom paw patrol popcorn bucket/drink/mask. The theater was filled with families and very enjoyable experience."
