"This is the best exercise facility that I have ever used. The exercises are so varied and well rounded that you get a whole body workout, and it is never boring. The coaches and assistants are true professionals, having an in-depth knowledge, experience, and teaching-type personalities. They know how to impart their knowledge and inspire us to "give our all" towards becoming physically fit and reaching our personal goals. One thing that I especially like is the exercises that are specifically for people with Parkinson's Disease or other similar maladies. the coaches have had specific training to work with these types of conditions. The goal is to see ourselves, not as we Are, but for what we have the power to Become."
