I’ve had complications with a previous pregnancy and Dr. Medlock has been so on top of testing for my current pregnancy, which has greatly put us at ease. I’m very grateful for him and his staff at Sacred. He came highly recommended to me as an OBGYN for family planning and pregnancy and after becoming established, I can see why. "Start by saying - I have a hard time trusting medical staff. Dr. MEDLOCK is one of the most wonderful DRs I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is busy so he is in and out quick - but trust that nothing goes missed! He is amazing at what he does, he is a true professional, always smiling and friendly. (Like seriously this guy looks like he's never missed an hour of sleep!) It is clear that he cares about his patients and enjoys what he does. We are military and got transfered due to overcrowding at the Base Hospital. I truly believe God sent us Dr. MEDLOCK. I had a healthy pregnancy with zero complications - at 40w & 2d my baby was slightly overdue. Went in for a regular check up / ultrasound and DR Medlock noticed too much fluid around the baby. I was scheduled for induction in 1 weeks time and thought nothing of it really - DR told me we are having an induction TONGIHT (without scaring me - I almost thought I'd rather wait another week until my scheduled induction) I came in for the induction - DR was at the hospital and took time to stop greeted us warmly, answer some of our questions and concerns. They hooked me up to the monitors my babys heart rate started dropping with small Braxton Hicks. (What if I had waited and not just trusted Dr. MEDLOCK?!) Dr. MEDLOCK did his best to follow my plan of natural birth - but after babys heart rate dropped low for a 3rd time he suggested we go to the OR right away for a C-SECTION - and was at the hospital in 20m. I am TERRIFIED of surgery. This was my worst nightmare. Dr MEDLOCK came into the OR with a big smile and LITERALLY all my fear melted away. That is a presence he has - I trusted him to do what he had to do for me and for our child. Come to find out - our baby boy was in dire circumstances with a true knot in his cord, which was also wrapped around his neck 2x and he had passed meconium in the amniotic fluid due to stress. Dr kept us informed the whole time what was happening - we heard out baby cry and I knew God sent us this DR. I think the circumstances for me & our baby might have turned out very differently had I not been under the care of DR Medlock. I will forever sing his praise - Ascension Sacred Heart is so blessed to have such a wonderful, caring and attentive DR. Every nurse we came in contact with also shared their love for this DR. THANK YOU DR MEDLOCK FOR DELIVERING OUR CHILD SAFELY ❤️"

"Absolutely amazing. Dr.Medlock and his team talked to me step by step and explained everything before and as they did it. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them and have them take care of me again. I went into labor and birth terrified and I was treated so nicely and they put up with me saying silly things after my son was born. If I ever have another child I sincerely hope they are there.I only got to be in his care for a couple weeks but it was the best care I had received in my entire pregnancy."
