"If you have no other choice but to use Allstate insurance at least go to another insurance office, don’t go to this office of Andrew Bakerstaff in Pembroke Pines. The staff at this office won’t solve any problems for you when you need it. They omit to let clients know important things like the discounts we receive if we enroll in automatic payment debit. Then tell you about the benefit after the policy has renewed and tell you is too late to fix it and apply the discount. Also, be very careful when making payments through the Allstate mobile app. It will also post a monthly payment twice and when you call the office they tell you they can’t reverse it and you need to go through the bank. This has happened to me twice and the last time my account got debited not only my monthly payment, but also the remaining balance of my policy which was a ridiculous amount of $1500 bringing my checking account to almost negative when in this country you have a bouncy of bills to pay. Then they said if I wanted a refund I need to show proof of bank statements with the money showing cleared out of my account or go to the bank for faster resolution. The owner won’t take ownership for this system mistake and kept saying it was my mistake for making the payment twice. What bothers me the most is that they never told me that I was going to save $50 per month if I enrolled in automatic debit every month for the payments, and when they told me it was too late for me to receive the discount because my policy had already renewed that same day. Go to another office, the people are not professional there. This is not the only insurance in the country nor the only agency in Miami, they don’t value your business, only want your money."
