Representatives are never on the same page, and they lack the ability to hold themselves accountable. Resolving issues becomes an ordeal, you will always get the runaround making the overall experience highly unsatisfactory. I advise looking elsewhere for insurance providers that value customer relationships. I have been a customer for well over 10 years but I am treated as if my business means nothing.
