"I have been Dealing with Tonya, Charlene and Kelly for well over 13 years. I drive all the way down from Boca Raton to use them. I think I have at least 3 policies with them at all times. There is a strong sense of Care and Concern every time I deal with them. They always have done what is in my best interest as far as Insurance Policies. If you go anywhere else, you are just missing out."

"Literally the worst customer service provided Shirley or Shirleen that was at the front desk on 12/10 around 1:30 PM. Walked in and was not even greeted and blantely ignored until she felt it was ok after about 10 minutes waiting to be asked if we needed help with anything. This is not someone that should be representing any company just completely dismissive and no kind of decent customer service."
