"They don't answer the phone."
"Disastrous company. They allowed our coverage to lapse without ever offering a notice of non-renewal or a renewal packet. It's as if we didn't exist. We had to jump through flaming circus hoops to get them to acquire us back-coverage and pay insane premiums because they didn't properly shop the marketplace for the best policies. An owner at our building almost lost the sale of his unit and another owner had to pay significant fees while attempting to refinance their mortgage because of the significant and unnecessary delays with the insurance policies."
