"Allstate keeps calling people without consent!"

"HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE...I have been a happy Allstate customer for several years, but my policy rate kept increasing so I decided to cancel my policy. I tried several times (unsuccessfully) to cancel my policy with Warren's office, and finally had to call the 1-800 number, who referred me BACK to Warren. I called Warren on a Friday evening, expecting to leave a message, but Warren answered. Upon relaying my frustration over being unable to cancel my policy for going on TWO weeks, Warren tried to pitch me, and continually insulted me by telling me that I probably "didn't put in the right information" with my new insurance policy, and that was why I was getting a better rate. Once I assured him I wasn't staying with Allstate, he told me he "wasn't going to stay overtime for a cancellation" (mind you I called during business hours trying to cancel my policy before...unsuccessfully) and we ended the conversation abruptly, with me thanking him for his attitude. I called back to inform him that I would be writing a letter to Allstate about this incident. Moments later, I received a call from a "private number"...during which Warren Sam THREATENED me, saying "WRITE A LETTER AND GO HIDE BEHIND YOUR BACK", and then hung up. The incident has been reported to Allstate and I am SHOCKED and APPALLED that this office is still in business a month later. Not surprisingly, I rated the business ONE STAR on January 21 and four flattering reviews have since been posted...all on the same day (Feb 21). Save yourself the trouble and avoid this man and his immoral business practices."
