"I blew a tire on the highway, called for roadside assistance, waited an hour and a half for someone to come replace the tire. At their estimated time of arrival, they decided to cancel because they deemed it unsafe to change. Why wasn’t I asked for details about the situation during the initial call? I then had to wait another hour for a different company to come tow the car to the nearest gas station to put the spare tire on. I had to cancel work appointments and lose money because of the terrible service on Geico and its contractor’s part. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t know what I’m paying for. This is completely unacceptable."
