Gualt's The Italian Café

"Pretty nice coffee shop inside a working/hotel center building. Don’t think there was wifi so I couldn’t work, but still nice seating. I got an iced vanilla latte which was a little sweet, but otherwise pretty normal."

"One of those hidden treasures you must come to....of all the bakeries around this by far blows them away ..I've tried about 90% of the bakery items and I will say none have disappointed....the staff is always friendly and pleasant ... definitely worth a stop"

"The reason I choose Gualt's, is because of the amazing staff. These ladies are the kindest most friendliest individuals that I have ever met. They seriously make my morning extra special with a friendly smile, small talk and exceptional service. The food and coffee is delicious, especially when the staff goes the extra mile to ensure my order is just to my liking. The attention to detail the staff has is superb, they already know how I like my coffee and what i am going to order. That shows the extra step they are willing to take, to make your day a little easier. This is for the Miami Tower Location."

"So I have been going to this place for a year now and always had positive experiences except for this morning when I went to purchase my breakfast and the lady that cooks the food an older lady attended me and when my food was ready I was busy on my phone attending a call she screams out my order loud as hell. I honestly found it very disrespectful and unprofessional. She always kinda had an attitude even when I say hello and place my order but today she definitely took it overboard. I’m not exactly sure what her problem was today but her screaming at customers is extremely unprofessional. This place as it is overprices their items which is understandable since the rent at the tower is probably costly but usually places that charge a lot for their food have exceptional customer service but it’s not the case for this place. Not only does she scream at customers but I’ve seen her scream at the poor staff, she really needs to get a grip."
