"False advertising. Drove across town to one of the few pizza places open on a Sunday. It's not a sit down restaurant anymore. All the pics are of an old location. The restaurant is part of a collective kitchen now where you order and carry out."

"RIP-OFF and inflexible staff. Hadn’t been here in ages and decided to order pickup to bring home to the kids. I ordered a large plain pie and was told it was $16 with 8 slices. After paying $17 and change for a pie that looks pretty small, I saw the sign that says $10.99 for large with 1 topping outside. I went back inside to inquire and she said I didn’t qualify Bc I ordered a margherita. I said I ordered plain. She got defensive like I was far from being a customer and argued I asked for a Margherita and she confirmed it with me. Oh well, I wasn’t about to get into it so I asked about margherita toppings and she said it had 2, (basil is considered a topping you pay extra for, I didn’t know that). I was aggravated bc it’s so easy to keep a customer happy by just trying to Negotiate. But this was not the case. She was set in her ways and proving she processed the order correctly. I even told her I was going home with a pie that could’ve cost me $7 less and that my kids aren’t even going to eat because of the tomatoes. We order pizza weekly- try Andiamo! They’re way bigger pizzas for your money, they’re delicious and their customer service is 100. I guarantee you."

"The food in this place is delicious! I never used to like chicken parm until i tried Basani’s. Their pizza, garlic rolls and wings are good and i tell you..i have tried plenty! Great customer service. Only place i found delivering during Covid..i will be a forever customer.."

"My first choice everytime. Our eyes were bigger than our tummy, so we tried the pizza, pasta and wings. Everything was fresh, hot, and amazing. Strongly recommended. Great prices too!"
