"No!!!!!!!!! go elsewhere - Customer service and Knowledge and Communication is extremely weak - This has happened to me multiple time with Allstate and I just hung in there but obviously its an ongoing problem. I even overheard my customer service Rep say "I wish someone was here to help me with this". They cannot get things right at all. Asked for updated information on an existing flood policy and it took 4 times / 3 weeks to get it right extremely delayed my need to present to a 2nd lender. I have had a contract with them 21 years and will be changing to another flood insurance company."

"This place had everything. Located on the Pigeon River. Cabins. An outfitter for white water rafting adjacent to their property. We spent the night on the way to Nashville. What it didn't have was the pull through I paid almost $60 for. When you're told a pull through, you expect it....especially when your full timer is a Grand Design Solitude 5th Wheel that's 40'4" in length. I care...it was obvious they didn't. After all is said and done, we spent the night. Mission accomplished. Honesty would have netted a 4****."
