"5 stars for Tori. She is amazing. Professional. Knowledgeable and very detailed. She go above and beyond. Always calls backs when promises. Ask for her . It's because of Tori I decided to stay with State Farms. Though still looking at other insurance companies. O stars for Walter. He was the initial agent I worked with. He gave me inaccurate information regarding my car insurance. Extremely high driving miles per year was added to my policy (who drives 75,000 a year). Resulting in extra fees added to my policy. I called repeatedly asking why my bill keeps going up dramatically. each time I was told he was on the phone, which is how I ended up talking to Tori. He does not return calls. I had to call the main State Farms, who told me about the mileage. When I went to the office to speak with Walter. He has an nonchalant attitude. Telling me I have to wait to see "if" State Farms would reimburse me. What? You made the error. The receptionist with a nasty attitude said it was my responsibility to check the policy. Mrs I did, no where on the bill or my account states the mileage."
