"Spoke with Julia and ask why they didn't inform me or notify me about a possible lapse in my homeowner's insurance policy that is escrowed. She continued to speak loudy, and blamed everything on Erin. Once I asked her why she was upset I'm the customer she completely lied and said I attacked her. Mind you we inky spole by phone. She's completely rude and this office needs to be shut down if you just take people money and not service the client. I will have my whole family write a review as well as contact the insurance bureau to file a compliant and the better business bureau. Julia continued to yelled and said I speak with Erin cause she has nothing to do with it and hung up."
