"I have being a customer for 18 years and receive the worst treat and no communications for the renewal of my Home Insurance renewal. They ghost me for 3 weeks and receive the non renewal notice. Looks that they are working only for the Insurance Company and uses the customers as milk cow for their commission. I will make a complaint with the BBB for the unprofessional way of doing business and poor customer service. Avoid this Agency at all costs, you will sleep better"

I had two issues I was concerned with about a policy renewal and waited a week for a response from Mara and was told "I will check on it" over a span of 7 days with no actual help. Ended up finding a better policy with a different company and was pretty much just told "good luck" after waiting so long. No apology or care in the world for customer service.
