"I love this gym! And its community. I’ve been waiting for this gym to open and since they opened they’ve been one of the most attentive, friendly/welcoming, and supportive communities. I’ve met so many great trainers, Chris specifically! That help push me to be better every day, even outside the gym. I definitely recommend trying this place out!"

"Crunch gym at University is one of the friendliest gym's I've been to. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with a smile and warm greeting. They have plenty of equipment and classes for everyone. The instructors are top notch and will give you the best workout from HIIT to Spin to YOGA ..they have everything! I was able to hire a personal trainer Shannon for myself and I appreciated her methodology and expertise in exercise science and the way she offered modifications for some old injuries. The price can't be beat as well! Check it out for yourself. You be the judge!"

"I started going to this gym a year after they opened and I love it! It’s convenient because it’s close to my house. When you walk in you’re greeted by Traci with a smile and she knows your name. I’ve worked with a couple of trainers and they really are there to help with whatever you need to reach your goal. I’m currently with Jose and he’s makes the workouts awesome! He’s very upbeat and encouraging."

"It seems we have to set the record straight on some of these reviews. Since Tracy started the morning shift at crunch she has been on point. She's there early every morning and opens up on time, she greets every member by name when they come in and makes sure she tells you to have a good day on the way out. I've been to many gyms in my lifetime and no one has ever done this. These negative posts about employees and the company have nothing to do with the reviewers issue. It has to do with the policies and procedures they are not following. The policies and procedures set by the company that needs to be followed by everyone. The policies and procedures that you failed to read when you signed the contract.You are not above the policies and procedures and you're certainly not entitled not to follow them. When you're called out and get upset about it, posting bad reviews does just the opposite of what you wanted it to do. It makes you look bad. The first thing I think when I see these negative posts is that these people didn't follow protocol and didn't like hearing about it. Even though these negative posts are almost a non-existent percentage of all members of Crunch. It still needs to be addressed. People have been conditioned to post negative reviews. So the next time you see a negative review, don't take it for face value, it is only ones opinion and ask yourself what really took place. 4 stars because no matter how good you are there's always room for improvement."

"During my recent trial visit to the gym, I couldn't help but notice a rather disappointing aspect of the facilities that left me with a less-than-pleasant impression. The cleanliness of the showers and restrooms left much to be desired. It's always a bit disheartening to encounter unclean facilities, especially in a place where hygiene should be a top priority. The showers and restrooms appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning and maintenance. I understand that gyms can get busy, but it's essential to maintain a clean environment for members. However, I do want to acknowledge that the staff at the gym were quite friendly and accommodating. Their welcoming attitude was a positive aspect of my visit, and I appreciate their efforts in making me feel comfortable. In conclusion, while the gym staff's friendliness was a highlight, the cleanliness of the showers and restrooms left much to be desired during my trial visit. I hope that improvements can be made in this area to enhance the overall experience for members."
