"Biggest scam company in the industry. Our claim has been going on for well over a year. My son's house flooded from a broken pipe under the foundation. Centauri recommended a specific contractor to do the repairs because they had a previous working relationship worked with Centauri and they did great work. We did what Centauri recommended and have had nothing but problems. Our original Centauri agent was Peter Elliott, then when he quit Adam Herbener became our agent, then when he quit Ryan Ewing became the agent. Ryan now blames us for taking their advise on hiring the contractor that they recommended."

"I am reading all the negative reviews about the terrible customer service, and I guess I got lucky! I had to make a pretty large claim after Hurricane Ian, and the adjuster that was assigned to me was Josh Enholm. He was extremely helpful in everyway possible! Always fast to reply, pushed the supplemental claims through fast, checked in on us during the long process of repairs to see if we needed anything else to help speed up the process. I have never had to do anything like that before, so I have A LOT of questions, and he was always happy to answer every single one! I will be a customer as long as possible!"

"BE WARNED: IF YOU HAVE ANY SECTIONS OF FLAT ROOF OR ROLLED ROOFING, THEY WILL NOT INSURE YOU! If I could give negative stars, I would. They cancelled my policy because I have a small section of flat roofing on a back patio addition. I don't know how that could matter, or what the hell they expect me to do as an alternative to this flat section of roofing, but no other insurer has had an issue with it previously. When I called for an explanation, all they could do was refer me to my broker's agent."
