"Worst service I have ever had with car insurance. My agent in town that I had for 20 years retired and they sent me to this agency. Purchased a new car and while at the dealership they emailed them the information and VIN. After I checked my policy a few weeks later the agent put the WRONG VIN in and I called to let them know. They said it would be fixed. Now a month later it went back to the wrong VIN raised my rates again and the agent just keeps saying, sorry I told corporate, nothing I can do.
