"My good friend Taye teaches at this studio This is a great yoga studio for because of the variety of classes. Each instructor has their own unique style. Taye music, therapeutic aromas, creative and fun class. Mary’s class is great for strength building Samira pushes you to breaking point. This is what I like. I like to grow in my practice. They all have something in common, the ability to help you grow. It’s never boring, always challenging For those that like a good stretch, calming class, they have a great selection. "Hard to express my gratitude for Trinity Yoga! I live in my RV full-time and came across this studio while spending the winter in the area. From the first class I was hooked! All of the instructors are WONDERFUL. I went to a variety of classes and was blown away at how amazing each and every one of them are (instructors and classes). Normally I'm a bit nervous to try out a new studio, but not this one. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. All of the fellow yogis were super great too! This studio hits it out of the park logistics-wise too. I think a lot of thought was put into which classes are offered each day and at which time, and it shows. I was always able to find a class that interested me at a time that worked for me as well. The online sign-up is so easy too! Can't say enough about this place. I was SUPER sad to leave as I hit the road in my RV, but I will be back next year without a doubt!"

"This is a wonderful yoga facility! I enjoy the space, the energy and the peaceful atmosphere. The instructors are all so knowledgeable, caring and invested in their student's wellness. That they make me feel comfortable, confident and more mindful of my practice. The studio offers a variety of classes to satisfy everyone's levels, but I mostly appreciate the gentle yoga classes and meditations since I have physical limitations and some stressful things going on. I've enjoyed working out at this studio and have been inspired to become a yoga instructor!"

"I am in love with this place. I am new to Yoga, just started a few months ago. I have been trying all the different classes to see what I like and don't like and I can honestly say every instructor has been amazing. They are all so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. They make you feel at ease. They genuinely enjoy what they do and sharing it with others . I feel absolutely amazing every time I finish a session. I can't say enough about how it has improved me physically, mentally, and spiritually. It has helped me get my body back into shape while also helping with my anxiety and discipline.
