Service is a disaster, nobody cares to pay attention to anything they are doing, which leads to snafus that' can totally be avoided with a basic level of professionalism. Good luck using the app, it's down at least once a week. And understanding the way the transactions are reported requires a minor in accounting at minimum. Sadly we've had to endure since before the "historic" merger, when it was SunTrust. It's now gotten much worse. Think long before banking here. There are way better options."

"I went to this office two weeks ago to update my address change as I had moved to Florida from NY. I told the lady that I signed paperwork in front of it was the only thing I wanted changed. I specifically stated that my Mom, who's been a customer of the bank for close to 19 years, still lived in the address they had on file. Today I got a letter addressed to my Mom at my address saying they've updated her address change. Now I have to waste my time going back to the bank and try to straighten a simple address change out. Absolutely clueless individual that handled this for me."

I accepted the offer, read the fine print, performed all the task and months after promo was suppose to deposit it took getting the BBB involved to get the offer. I don't believe they had any intentions on completing their end of the offer. Many unreturned calls and a huge waste of time. Stick with credit unions."
