"Very disappointed after having several conversations about how difficult it would make my life if my payment doubled. I asked my agent, pleaded that if they see my payment not on time just please give me a quick courtesy call and I will pay it right away. It's my fault if I don't see the email, this I understand, but as their client my simple request of a courtesy call should be no problem; but obviously it is. So now I have a double the pay due, and due now. $355.00. I don't have this kind of money during this Pandemic, and I explained to my agent on several occasions. Yet they put me in this position again, by the 25th total amount is due. I have put in a request to switch agents, which I told them I would do if it happens again. A simple phone call, how hard could this be. No one wants a double bill due now. So they don't care about how a double bill affects me, just getting paid whatever the cost. Putting your customers first should be important."
