"Ive been with State Farm since 2006 but recently switched to this office. I am expressing my personal feedback of my experience with this office only. My credit card needed to be updated and the Linda Lane office tried to cancel my policy!!!!! This Linda Lane office provided no courtesy call just sent a cancelation notice. This has never happened with other offices ive always received a call. Luckily, I receive notifications from State Farm APP (ha iyf)but credit cards expire all the time and I don't appreciate the disregard from this office. Feedback: provide the COMMON COURTESY practice of calling your policy holders when the payment needs updated. I thought State Farm wants my money instead of canceling a policyholder so I hope corporate sees this. Would I recommend this office: not at this time."

"Got a great quote then when I switched insurance to them. Only to find out the quote did not come close to what I ended up with. I canceled when I checked paper work. I already paid the bill so now I have to wait to get my refund money needed to get insurance somewhere else. I wasn't even told that the premium was different than the original quote that's what bothered me the most."
