"Crunch Gym is set in a good area close to the Turnpike expressway. This makes it convenient for those who go the gym before or after work. The gym is large, has plenty of free weights, machines and all the squat racks you could hope for. There are also classes for those who enjoy group fitness. The gym and the bathrooms are always clean, and Ive never had a bad experience with the staff. The membership prices are also very fair. Overall I am very happy with my last two years here and I would highly recommend crunch gym to both beginners and advanced individuals."

"Earrape music and the fact there isn't a privacy area for you to change clothes after a shower, so you have to change clothes in the wet shower area are my only 2 complaints. Bigger gym than Planet fitness, showers have hot water, unlike planet fitness, and the showers are private, unlike planet fitness. Edit: Started showering one day and a roach came out the drain hole. So nasty."

Tremendous attention from their coaches, the classes are phenomenal, active and the atmosphere super hyper and emotional. With good equipment and everything that is needed, I invite you to the crunch class and you will see what I am talking about. Valeria, Dominic, Kelsy, Dilmarys and others of them are awesome coaches. Working together with the coaches is a wonderful and intense experience, but participating in the crossfit classes with them is even more intense and you feel like part of a family, because Crunch is a great family every day."
