"They said they would have my racket ready by 3:15 PM. So I went to Whole Foods and went shopping and was back by 3:12. My racket was just being put on the stringer and was nowhere near ready. Meanwhile, I had groceries cooking in the sun in the back of my truck, also, I needed it for a match that same night when I went back to pick it up the next day I didn’t say thank you and the stringer guy got a little chippy with me. This store has a lot of equipment and the stringers are usually knowledgeable, but customer service has gone out the window as it appears they think they are the only store in town."
