"Great PT staff, they worked diligently to heal me, however the reception staff seemed to be consistently condescending and rude when it came to scheduling and rescheduling around a military schedule. I do not reccomend this place if you are a flight student in Pensacola. I understand that they wanted to fill as many patient slots in a day, but they would be so booked, I would have to schedule my next appointment at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Hey, those two subjects seem related! In my situation, my work/flight schedule was released only the night before each day, so I did my best to notify the staff if I had to reschedule. For the most part they did a great job, but after a new hire sometime in Dec2023, I got some really odd comments when trying to reschedule. She said at one point “the doctors don’t like it when you reschedule and next time you do we will have to fine you”. We had at least two conversations like that. That gave me the impression that the PTs may have spoken poorly about me to the receptionists at some point, but that’s just my theory. With two sessions left, I was insulted enough that I didn’t bother finishing the treatment, lest my schedule inconveniences them."

"I've had physical therapy at other places where a single therapist is spread among 5-6 patients at once and they see you once a month. This isn't that place. Dr. Louie at Legendary gives you a thorough and thoughtful assessment before assigning you to a therapist to work ONE ON ONE with. I worked with Rachel and she was amazing. She helped me work on my injured shoulder and I learned some new weightlifting techniques I was ignorant of during the process. I especially love the involved hands on strength-building approach at Legendary. If your doctor prescribes physical therapy, tell them you want it at Legendary. I sure will next time I get hurt doing something foolhardy."

"Legendary is the best place in Pensacola for PT, period. They’ve helped me fully rehab, a torn meniscus (without surgery); And a hernia (without surgery). All the PTs are excellent, as is the front desk staff. At other PT places, there is a PT managing three or four people, and they just give you a sheet of paper to go do workouts. At Legendary, you get personalized attention from the PT, one on one. Could not recommend them highly enough!"

"Was looking for a gym that was near my house and came across Legendary Performance. I called and asked for a tour and was really impressed with they all offered. As far as equipment, they have just about everything you need whether its a squat rack, dumbells, free weights, to cardio machines. The staff is incredibly nice are always friendly. On top of all this, they have trained physical therapists to help you get back to top form. Membership prices are very reasonable and they have discounts for military and first responders. Definitely recommend and you should check them out."
