"I needed to obtain some information, I called and had to leave a voicemail in order to have a return call, I missed my returned call by literally seconds and then had to start the process all over again, I have yet to receive any additional call back, and still get the voice-mail service only when I call"

"Hunter Gottschalk came to our house because we have had life insurance policies with Liberty National on our children for over 17 years. He wanted to sell us policies for my husband and I. He was very personable and friendly. He sold us two policies. Then, a couple of weeks later another agent from LibertyNational(representative for my husband's employer) informed us that we were already insured through his job and we were double insured so we needed to cancel the new policies. We contacted Hunter who was very angry at his co-worker and proceeded to bash him to us which was very unprofessional. We were assured that he would cancel the automatic bank draft asap and refund us. A month went by and another payment came out of our account and we tried to contact him and he wouldn't answer any calls or texts. We had to contact customer service to try to get it canceled and get a refund. We had to write two letters sign them and return them by email. It was easy to get but hard to cancel. Hunter is a theif and a liar. He lied to us about how much we could cash out of our children's policies. Don't trust him. He is fake and phony. It's been over 3 months and still no refund. Horrible and unprofessional experience."
