"Business owners are extremely shady. BlueDrop fraudulently charged my credit card over $200 without my authorization. I purchased a class package of 4 from them on 2 separate occasions and recently noticed that they continued to charge me the same amount of $74 for 3 months. I have not been to their business in months and have made no additional purchases from them. I immediately reached out thinking it was a mistake and asked for a refund. They proceeded to lie and say it was an auto-renewal that was explained to me when I bought it in person. They absolutely said no such thing when I purchased and I would never agree to that. I was clear in what I intended to purchase. Any auto-renewals and recurring charges by LAW requires a signed contract and I never signed one. Auto renewals also require a notice any time a renewal occurs and I never received even one. I never even received a receipt for any of these charges. They refused to refund me the full amount and offered 1/3 of the money. They have now stated they are no longer willing to do even that because I am not "amicable" with their resolution offer. They are trying to keep $222 that was charged without my permission or awareness, which is effectively stealing. Please do not trust this company with your credit card information, and if you do be sure to check your statements carefully."

"I attended Jenna’s Hot Kickboxing class as a complete beginner, to be honest I hadn’t worked out in months. You will sweat in this class, but you’ll also walk away feeling so invigorated. Jenna took the time to ensure everyone had proper form, from the warm up to the ending stretches. Jenna was also super encouraging, I watched her interact and encourage every single person who was in my class. Needless to say I got a great workout in and I’ll be back!"
