"ALL REVIEWS ARE RIGHT ON THIS AGENCY . NEW OWNERS AND I HAD TO SHOW PROFF THAT I AM AN IS MY MOTHERS REPRESENTATIVE THE AIDE OLGA IS WORTH GARBAGE, HER SUPERVISOR TATIANA IS WORTH GARBAGE TOO . THE NEW OWNERS DID NOT HELP ME LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD . THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY OTHER REVIEW BUT SINCE THE AIDE OLGA IS BEING FIRED YES FIRED . IM GETTING A NEW AGENCY AN A NEW AIDE . I CAN SAY MORE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE BUT IM NOT CHECK REVIEWS AND COMPARE . AND TO THE NEW OWNERS PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME . I NO LONGER WANT THIS AGENCY OR NEED GOSSIPING EMPLOYEES , CAUSING SIBLINGS TO FIGHTS IN MY FAMILY DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEE OLGA , . PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH , DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THANK YOU .p.s and OLGA has not been working at this agency for 20 years only 2 years and all the EMPLOYEES REVIEWS ARE ALL LIES TOO. I HAVE TO LAUGH IF YOU NOTICE ALL THE REVIEWS FROM ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALL 7 MONTHS OLD . EXACTLY WHEN THE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER."

"The only way this agency could work is to treat personnel better.,Case Manager Diana Ferran needs to be removed or stepping down of her current position. She is not competent for it.Doesn't have control of her personnel at all and doesn't even care for HHA's behavior,or core values.There are lots HHA don't know their chores or never had worked with seniors in bed,cranes etc.I called her, she sent me to call Pdt.J Biden.. ja!"

"This agency refuses to hire English speaking home health aides. I don't appreciate your agency stressing out my cousins. 3 English speaking aides is not enough for the areas your company serves. Employees are your most important assets. From the reviews I have read, your Spanish speaking clients/customers are dissatisfied with the quality of service your agency provides. Do yourselves a favor and change your agencies name. Faith is not a word that describes the agency. If I had the funds, I will move my cousins to the great state of Alabama or have them live with my aunties in Georgia. They will not run into language barriers in those states."
