"I finaly got rid of Torres Insurance after eighteen years! I have called them on several occasions and the person who handles my policy is always "Out" and has never ever returned my call. The one time they did call was when I wrote them a bad review she called me back and yelled at me in Spanish. These people are the worst. Unless, I guess if you speak Spanish. Hopefully their racism will come back to get them!"

"Every year I have to request a Certificate of Liability for my bank and every year it is the same with them. They don't send you the Certificate, you call them and they tell you they will send it to you. Vivian, the girl at the reception has been telling me for 2 days that she is going to send it to me and still nothing. Last year I had to talk to Ana Torres, the owner of the agency, and the response was to excuse them because they had a lot of work, that is not the clients' problems. I do not recommend this agency. This is a follow-up to the comment I posted 2 days ago. After receiving the certificates, one had the wrong last name and the other, Liability, had the wrong property address. I definitely do not recommend this agency."
