"Great new machines and clean ladies room. Knowledgeable staff who welcome you with a smile. Just wish people would stop using their phones when they’re on a machine, PLEASE!!! Others want to keep their heart rate up while working out."

"Overall, the staff are nice people. The biggest complaint all of us early birds have is the "power trip" when it come to opening. The staff is normally in there early, either working or hanging out, depending on who it is. They won't open 1 minute early and that's fine. But, the power trip of waiting until 6 to start walking SLOWLY to the door after stopping to move a couple of things on the counter, or push a cleaning tray another foot is ridiculous. A lot of us work on the weekends are are there early trying to get our workout in before work. As you already know, members weren't happy with the weekend opening time changing from 5 to 6 as it is, because we can barley make it to work now. It just makes matters worse when they play the "slowly walk to the door at 6 game". I know a few members that have switched to 24 hour gyms because of this reason."

"I love the PGA location. The equipment is always clean and a large selection of machines so you don't have to wait. The staff are all super nice, and there are a nice blend of members."

"I finally have a positive review for a planet fitness! Mainly because of the manager Carlie. She always greets everyone with a smile and has awesome enthusiasm. Also this location has brand new strength training equipment. The shower pressure still needs some attention though. Overall one of the better planet fitnesses in the area."

"I've liked Planet fitness and been a member in different locations around Florida for many years. I think it's pretty much the best value for the right type of equipment for me. The manager Carlee obviously works very hard at providing a great customer service experience for members. I also believe she works hard at keeping a staff with the same mindset. Sometimes a corporation will not maintain equipment but I do believe that this place is being managed as well as can be expected. Good job Carlee."
