"Read this before you apply for Centene Corporation I worked for this company close to 5 years. I was a supervisor and auditor on my last position. I was never disciplined for any wrongdoing. I was super loaded with task on a daily basis, and all to be done now, and with bad words, humiliation, screamed at so I can do it faster. Sat me in front of employee, and allow them to scream and yelled at me for any disciplinary action, as I was their supervisor at the time. At the end of my tenure, there was a complain about me of a very serious accusation, and then another accusation, and another. They called me to HR office, and there they interrogated me, for hours, like if I was a criminal, they just wanted me to accept something I did not do. These interrogations were every day, or every other day. Being with them two in that room, I was falling down spiral. They continue for like 2 weeks with these accusations, I cried, and cried, meanwhile I couldn’t leave the office, I begged for them to stop, however they kept bringing more or different accusations, they never disciplined me, fired me and or terminated me, since I was such a bad employee. I regret not doing a police report, Ann from HR, McC as my director which did not have prior supervision/direction, and Ani. as vice president of authorization, who also fixed anything that Mc C did wrong in the department. I was let go because they eliminated my position, which was not true. They put another nurse, on my position. These 3 are evil. They left behind a big mess, all them three together where just the perfect storm. You may think that they are not there anymore, however they left behind the same mentality. Good job Centene."
