Master Nelson introduced me to the adult group and we got started right away. The exercise routine used for Tae Kwondo was the perfect supplement to my weight loss program and has a great mix of strength and flexibility calisthenic type routines along with the discipline of learning of the tae kwondo forms. It will take time to get the flexibility and strength fully back, but the group is very supportive and I am on a good path. Thank you for helping me get back into shape again."
