"What do you do when no one in the company including senior members will not call or write? What do you do when you are promised refunds for over charges that never get processed or mailed? You take to social media and warn people not to do business with people and companies that do not treat consumers with respect and integrity. I’ve tried for over 90 days to resolve improper insurance assessments that are unfair and deceptive and either ignorance, laziness, incompetence or predatory behavior seems to be their reason for failing to act. My advise is do not do business with this company. I’m filing a formal complaint with the insurance regulators and if you have been harmed, I suggest you do the same. Actions like this against consumers should be met with harsh action. It’s reasons like this that we have to have BIG government to regulate companies against consumer harm. Don’t they make enough money being compliant? I guess not! Beware of CKP Insurance!"
