Reviews of Fire Cheer All-Stars
"Super fun family atmosphere along with incredible focus and dedication from the coaches to bring out the best in their athletes."
"I was a hesitant parent regarding cheer- My daughter however has been begging to join the program for years - finally I allowed her to start with a couple of private lessons! She has developed a whole new passion in just a short period of time… her tumbling skills and confidence has improved 10 fold! The coaches, other kids, and parents have gone out of their way to make her feel included and she is so excited to be a part of FIRE CHEER!"
"Good cop, bad cop. That was our experience at Fire. Laura is wonderful, & honest. She was a gymnast & actually worked for TNT, the gym that Fire rents space from. Full respect I have for her. She’s the good cop. The “coach” (bad cop) did not allow us to watch the kids practice, ever. Are you listening? YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WATCH PRACTICES HERE. We found out, too late, it was because the girls were yelled at & reprimanded & called out for their mistakes. Heck, the coach would just walk out of the practice if the kids didn’t do well. I will never forget this season’s parent meeting, a whole group of new, eager Mom’s. It all sounds so good. All their eyes were lit up with the prospects! Fire had a Summit bid (that cost an addional $700-something for the kids that attended - cha ching). They messed up my credit card on file twice. After I’d send a check for competitions, they also charged my card, & they tried to fix it by lowering our monthly tuition; they probably still owe me money, but we left. All the older girls were leaving so my child wanted to leave. End of story. We let the owner/coach know via text & the response made no sense. It was followed up with an arrogant text stating, we wish your child the best, blah, blah, blah, but it’s a disappointment as we have taught all those athletes everything they know about cheer. Wait. What? They practically begged my child to join as another girl had left (btw, if you quit after choreo, it’ll cost you). She had 2 seasons of cheer & was an L7 gymnast - but they taught her everything?? No, in fact, she LOST SKILLS at this gym. Also btw, any “private lessons” will also cost you - a lot! I was never going to review this business, until I realized how low some will go out of contempt. It’s petty & whoever Karma Suks & A Mom are, grow up."
"My daughter is only 6 years old and the skill progress she has made from a beginner to now is incredible! She's learned counts, tumbling, jumps, dance, choreography and is now getting the opportunity to be part of one of their elite squads in varsity cheer competition. She is making great friendships while learning to be a competitive athlete. I highly recommend this program. The kids work hard but also have fun!"
"WOW! My daughter has been at Fire Cheer for only one season, and the improvement she has made in that short time, is drastic. She started with very little skill. Her cartwheel started with bend legs and arms. Fast forward a season, she can cartwheel..one handed even, roundoff, front and back walker, right and middle split and is working on her BHS. The list can go on. They taught her to become a flier and instilled so much confidence in her. The level of competition is high! They only go to BEST competitions and earned a bid to SUMMIT! You have opportunity to be at the gym multiple times a week with extra classes.. Flier and open tumbling. We LOVE being part of Fire Cheer All Stars!"
