Whether you are looking to improve your athletic performance, lose body fat, learn to box, or simply become the best version of yourself, the coaches at AEG are dedicated to helping you exceed your goals in a safe and efficient manner.
All levels are welcome at AEG, with no experience needed. Personal training sessions can be done one-on-one with a coach or in small groups of 2-3 clients to 1 coach. The institution also offers recovery programs using PNF stretching techniques, deep muscle stimulation, and other methods to help you feel refreshed and ready for your next competition or training session.
Additionally, AEG provides adult functional fitness programs on site and at reserved polo fields close to the facility, tailored to each individual's fitness level.
