He went the extra mile by saying for me to send him a video of my swing while I'm away practicing, and he would critique it and give me feedback on his personal time at work or away from work. "I walked into Golftec about 2.5 years ago and had never really picked up a club. I had just retired and told Tony G that I wanted to learn how to play. After a few lessons, I went out and had one of the most discouraging games imaginable - shot about 130. However, I had more fun than any retired person should have and made a commitment that this is the game for me. A little over 2 years later, I regularly shoot in the low 90's and on occasion I can shoot in the high 80's and beat people that have been playing the game for 20 years.
