Mezzaluna Pizzeria at Town Center 800 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32164

"Unfortunately things have shifted to a down grade since last visiting there to enjoy what was a very pleasant experience starting with the food. This time around we waited after sitting at our table up to 15 minutes for the waitress to even come to our table. I ordered a glass of water and my wife a hot cup of tea and to our surprise she said they serve no hot beverages at all, Wow! For a restaurant kind of odd especially for an Italian eatery. Last time we visited they would serve a complimentary warm Italian bread with a wonderful olive oil mixture of herbs while waiting for the waitress, not anymore and the slices of pizza's shrunk to half the size with the toppings almost just barely sprinkled on. Unfortunately we will take the drive to European Village to the Meza Luna there. PS: Our server had to take back our pizza order to heat them properly as they came out completely cold. "I paid $14 for this and they don't list that they shove a giant sausage on top and a giant meatball barely any sauce and then make you wait over an hour and a half for this. Needless to say I won't be paying you $14 for food like this again I'll go to Napoli's."

"The quality of the pizza here has really gone down. Asked for well done and it was just regular. Bottom of pizza was soggy and not crispy. They couldn’t even cut the pizza equally or all the way thru. Very sad. A lot different then when it first opened. Flavors all there but very poor execution. It’s what happens when the pizza making it just don’t care."

"Had family visiting from out of state. They wanted pizza. We ordered here. We ate. They were impressed. Both by the presentation of their Portobello Mushroom pizza and the taste. I heard “we don’t have pizza like that back home”. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken as well and thought it was great, too. The cashier was super polite and friendly. Clean establishment. No outdoor eating just a bench out front. Indoor dining is spacious and not people on top of people."
