"This place is amazing! I go to all the teen fusion classes and I get really good workouts every time. Every day it’s a different workout with boxing training, usually HIIT circuits or boxing circuits. Coach JJ is awesome, I have built a close relationship with her, and she gives me a lot of tips, advice, and constructive criticism that helps me a lot. I have tried volleyball work out camps, training in a gym, and even going to my own gym, but nothing really gives me a good workout like Rise N Grind! The gym is always clean and bright, the music is fantastic and Coach J is great with the kids, providing individual attention when needed, correcting form as well and she doesn't miss a beat.
