"They are very unprofessional!!! Change classes at the last minute!! No structure! no real lessons!! On my daughters last class they painted her nails. Per Groupon they stated you can use up to 3. Today i had called and complained about the new schedule and they tried to ignore my complaint then we come for class at the new scheduled time and they would not let my child in class Michelle instead decided to just call groupon and have my child waiting because she insisted that they can only use 1 groupon and even though they had no problem redeeming my 2nd month but because i complained earlier today they decided to kick her out of class instead of trying to resolve the issue. It was a waist of money if i did not have the groupon i would not have continued the lessons."

"Words cannot begin to describe how much my family loves it at Suga N Spice! The staff and students are all so welcoming and the studio is so inviting. Not only are Michelle and Nicole so involved but they go the extra mile to ensure all staff and students safety during the pandemic. Not only do they adhere to social distancing, they regularly do temperature checks, have sinks accessible to all to wash hands, and a sterilizing station in every room possible while people are present. They are nothing short of amazing and I’m so grateful my children have a place to go that is safe that they are able to truly enjoy during these times!"

"I celebrated my daughters 10th birthday. It was awesome. They first did the silks, the teacher was patient and very nice, after they had their nails and makeup done and finally they had an hour limousine ride with Anthony , the chauffeur, through International Dr. During the limousine ride we had a couple of stops for pictures at the Orlando Eye and at McDonald's. All the girls loved it. Michelle is great and detailed. She did a great job decorating the party room. The girls had an amazing and memorable time. Thank you."
