Rock Fist Martial Arts, LLC is a health institution located at 1001 Hoffner Avenue in Orlando, Florida, United States. We specialize in Traditional Taekwondo, dedicated to excellence in every way, every day. Our focus is on developing skills such as control, concentration, dedication, and discipline, which will not only benefit you on the training floor but also in all areas of your life.

As a member of the United States Chung Do Kwan Association, we adhere to the traditions and foundations of excellence required to excel in martial arts. Our self-defense-based program will give you the confidence needed to protect yourself and project a better self-image.
