"Good people but very poorly organized, they changed the gym of location and I could no longer take my son to classes, I tried several times to get in touch, I called dozens of times, I went to the new location 3 times and the gym is always closed, I sent emails, I sent messages on the social network, in short, I did everything to try to cancel the plan and no response, they are charging me for 4 months on my card, they do not cancel and do not even give back to the various contacts, I think they do this on purpose to continue receiving every month, if I am right, this is dishonesty and lack of respect for customers, I hope they have more seriousness and that they cancel my plan and make the return of my money"

"Billy the coach is great to work with and super even keeled. Chandra has been working with me and is super inspiring to me- I am a novice. The gym is family orientated which I love. As a female it was encouraging to see powerful moms honing skills with her children running around.. The classes are great- and there's plenty of time for open mat. Plenty of versatility and adult classes alike. Don't go anywhere else for MMA! Go here!!! :))"

"I gained weight due to a broken leg and signed up for conditioning and to learn self defense. The trainers push you. Pedro and Abraham and his wife are amazing. Everyone has helped me as a beginner and push me to better myself but make it clear to rest if my leg is bothering me. I read some of the negative reviews, and as a consumer, read the fine print. When it comes to any membership, if you feel something was unfair, then that's on your own responsibility to make sure you understand terms and agreements before signing. The gym doesn't require a membership. You can just "drop in" and not even pay for a month or month to month. Also, you CAN cancel if you signed up for a year with a 30 day written notice. These are very common business practices. This is a business, not a charity. All businesses that have memberships use that to forecast costs, etc....I feel any negative reviews are on the fault of the consumer, not Ludus. They are really great and tell you and encourage you "everyone is a beginner at some point" - and this message is conveyed by the respect and consideration of the other gym members. A very healthy and positive environment."

"Amazing gym with amazing trainers! 5 Stars all around! We have had the pleasure of working with Johan and personally getting to know Preston and we could not be more impressed or happy with the outcome. My son has been to many gyms, trained by many coaches and finally we found the home we have been looking for! I was not only recommend Ludus to everyone I know but was encourage them to just visit one time because they are sure to come back time and time again. Spotless facility and great people that are making warriors every single day!"

""A great place to train". My husband and I have been at multiple gyms in MN and the Jacksonville area: I have been a Ludus Lady for 2+ years, and my husband for over 5 years. Koach Billy is fantastic and he has a wonderful coaching and support staff. The fellow gym goers feel like family. Plus, the mats are always clean. I have no intention of being a member anywhere else. I recommend you giving it a try!"
