"Vixen is one of my favorite workouts to do when I’m craving to dance but also get that extra cardio burn. As a dancer, there’s nothing more appealing to me than getting to shake and sweat to my favorite songs.The energy from the instructors have been nothing but superb & the studio always looks immaculate! Miko, aka ballerina rock girl classes especially have been such an amazing experience for me. This workout has truly inspired me to want to further dive into the fitness world & getting certified in a dance fitness certification program. Miss it so much especially during this time, but love how they’re offering the virtual classes. Can’t wait to be back soon ❤️❤️"

"Amazing studio and workout experience! Parking is pay by the hour on the street (be careful for "no parking" signs to avoid tickets). The staff are welcoming and give you a tour upon your first visit. The space is glamorous, but also edgy. Be ready to sweat! The instructors make the choreography easy to follow and it is truly a "no judgement" zone. The emphasis is on letting go, enjoying the moment, and self-empowerment. I enjoyed Celina's class best. I hope to take a class with the founder, Janet Jones, one evening. High energy soundtracks. Routines are varied, but repeated enough so you can catch on if you go multiple times."

"I've been a part of the Vixen Army for 4 years now. When I don't go for a while, I can feel the positive change in my posture, mood, energy after just one class. I can feel it in my muscles the next day ;) I love how it's ladies only and in dark club-like room. No fears, no inhibitions, great workout. I have trouble picking my favorite instructor since they're all so great - first it was Ana, then Shanut, Gabby for a while then Caro... Loving Nicolle now. Janet, of course, is exceptional!"
