"Best gym in Tallahassee and it's not even close. I became a member back in June of '22 and never looked back. What stands out to me the most about Seminole has to be the entire vibe of the gym. It's a vibe that's intense as hell but welcoming to all. At any given time there could be a world class lifter training along side someone whose never touched a barbell, and yet somehow they both find a way to push each other to be better. That's just the culture of Seminole S+C - to be better. Cannot recommend enough."

"If Zero Stars were an option, I would give it to them; if you are looking for a gym to work out at, DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. They have many flaws in their system and need adjustments to how they run their business. They even ask for social security numbers for codes to enter the gym. I don’t see why that would be needed, and it causes a significant privacy issue with the customer, but that’s beside the point. I paid my membership like everyone else. I followed all the rules they said even after the staff told me incorrect information and then called by an owner to correct the situation (I understood). I came to work out with a coworker who occasionally trained me, and I assumed I could bring a guest, but because he was labeled a trainer, there were “insurance issues.” They said he could go with a day pass, and he would pay that $10 whenever he came. Today, the owner made it seem like I was lying to her about paying for the day pass before I called her!!!! There is no reason for me to have to deal with harassment like this and being constantly watched by ownership from their Amazon cameras while working out is wild. I followed all the gym rules and I did nothing wrong. I feel like this is definitely either racially or socially motivated, I am a young black man of course they would try to give me a hard time. Once I'm done wrong I'm treated as an angry black man? Yes im upset and I have the right to be as a paying customer. I didn’t even go to the gym that often and yet I’m watched every time I enter…can’t be a coincidence. Even if it wasn't as the customer I have the right to feel how I do and I hope their management/owners see this and that you have terrible customer service and you can't make up rules on the spot"
